OEM

1. Customer Provide drawings or samples

2. We make a test sample as customer`s drawing or sample.

3. Confirm the sample with customers

4. Update the sample

5. Sign a contract(Proforma Invoice)

6. Strating the production

7. Shipping.

ODM

1. Customers provide photos/funtion/idea

2. We design it as customers` requests and confirm the drawing with customers

3. Sign a contract (Proforma Invoice)

4. Starting a sample after drawing confirmation.

5. Confriming the sample and update it. 

6. Sign a contract of bulk order.

7. Start the production.

CDTYXD has full of advance equipments for sheet metal fabrication.including Shearing Machine,Laser Cutting Machine,CNC Punching Machine,Bending Machine,Robot Welding Machine,Burring Machine,Powder Coating System.aslo we have 10 inspectors at each process to make sure the quality.
